innovadores, con capacidad de desarrollar investigaci\u00f3n, creaci\u00f3n y aplicaci\u00f3n del conocimiento, integrado al contexto de la ciencia y tecnolog\u00eda universal; con vocaci\u00f3n de liderazgo intelectual y social;
